Fabriclush strives to make every customer happy, and we strive to give you the best service possible. Before it’s ready for shipping, our team of professionals does a thorough inspection of the fabric’s perfect quality, colour, and quantity as per the order number and code. As a result, we do not accept any returns.

The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. The refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM or other payment.

If you receive a product that is not the same as what you ordered, we will exchange it and provide the original goods. However, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours of receiving the product by email at support@fabriclush.com. As a result, we strongly advise you to inspect the product promptly upon receipt.

Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once an item has been opened or used, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
