Each fabric we sell at Fabriclush is subjected to a multi-person quality check to ensure correct measurements, defect-free designs or prints, and undamaged and unworn condition.
Exchange and Returns
In exceptional circumstances, where you may return or exchange a full or partial order if the order does not meet your needs or if the product does not match your expectations (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 3 mtrs & bought on sale), You can request a return or exchange by sending us an email at support@fabriclush.com with your order number in the subject line, an image of the specific portions of fabric where there is an issue, and your reason for the return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the order, as well as a brief write-up.
Customer shall get full refund against the returned products in the following circumstances:
- When Product is Defective or Damaged
- When the product is first unpackaged, it has a noticeably uneven visual appearance in terms of print, texture, and color.
- The fabric has been damaged and is no longer usable.
- Parts or portions of the structure are loosely woven, or the weave is broken or ripped.
- The weight per meter varies by more than 25%.
- Any exchange request will be granted based on the availability of the fabric in the inventory at the time the returned order/products are received.
- The item must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and in undamaged condition.
- The item, as well as the original packing, must be returned.
- Except in the case of defect, sale items will not be returnable or exchangeable.
Fabriclush will accept returns for the remainder of the fabrics if the customer changes their mind or the fabrics do not meet their expectations and wishes to return part or all of the order (not applicable in the case of fabrics measuring less than 3mtrs) Fabriclush will accept returns for the remainder of the fabrics if the returned products meet the conditions, the buyer is responsible for the entire shipping cost, and there is no option for a reverse pick-up. The reimbursement will be completed within two weeks of the return order being received at the shipping source.
